Grape variety: Procanico.

Agriculture: Lovingly grown in our stunning Tuscany hills, under the Metodo Corino, a closed-cycle regenerative farming rooted in pure plant-based sustainability. Vines are 30+ years old, lovingly tended without topping, allowing nature to dictate their rhythm.

Colour: bright golden hue.
Aroma: bouquet of sun-drenched orchard fruit, wild flowers, saffron, and cumin. There is a lingering echo of honey and warm hayfields.
Taste: vibrant and mineral palate, with soft tannins and a bright note of freshness that gives it great liveliness. Deeply Maremman. Deeply alive.

Enjoy it with: fried white fish, fresh egg pasta, salt cod, roast chicken, or soft almond cakes with zabaglione.
