Farming: lovingly grown in our unspoilt Tuscan hills, from olive to bottle. From native trees of about 20 years old, grown on rocky soil at 300 m a.s.l., that provides optimal water and air.
Aroma: plenty of herbaceous notes: artichoke, rocket, cut grass and fresh olives.
Taste: artichoke and rocket notes, with a pleasant bitter and slightly pungent finish.
Enjoy it with: bruschetta—plain or with tomato. Ideal on legume soups of chickpeas, lentils and pumpkin. Perfect with all white meats and grilled pork, and beef carpaccio.
