OIL ON THE ROCKS
Variety: Leccino, Frantoio, Moraiolo e Pendolino.
Farming: lovingly grown in our unspoilt Tuscan hills, from olive to bottle. From historic native trees of about 100 years old that increase the oil’s complexity, grown on rocky soil that provides optimal water and air.
Aroma: a mix of delicate aromas: light fruitiness with notes of fresh olive and lettuce.
Taste: smooth and fresh aftertaste with herbaceous vegetal notes. The finish comes with a slight bitter and pungent note.
Enjoy it with: chickpea and prawn or onion soups. Ideal for homemade mayo, or on steamed fish like tuna or seabass. Excellent as an ingredient for biscuits and pastry in general.
Organic and extra virgin.
